Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you aren’t, we accept returns for refunds or exchanges. Please review the guidelines below.
Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with tags attached.
- Lingerie, nightgowns, and underwear cannot be returned if worn or tried on due to hygiene reasons.
- Returns must be initiated within 28 days of delivery.
- Items purchased on sale or during promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email us at Arzu.Erikci@zestofashion.com within 28 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: We will issue a return authorization number and provide the return shipping address. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Packaging: Securely repackage items in the original or a similar protective box.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item and will be credited to the original payment method.
- Refund Amount: Refunds are for the item(s) price only, excluding original shipping costs.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeframe, check with your bank or credit card company. If you still haven’t received it, contact us at Arzu.Erikci@zestofashion.com.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or color, if available. Follow the return steps above. We’ll ship the new item once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at Arzu.Erikci@zestofashion.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We’ll provide instructions and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of some products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Lingerie, nightgowns, and underwear that have been worn or tried on.
- Items marked as final sale.
Change of Address or Cancellation
To change your shipping address or cancel your order, contact us within 1 hour of placing it. Once processed or shipped, changes or cancellations cannot be made.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping information, refusal upon delivery, or failed delivery attempts, original shipping charges are non-refundable. Additional return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
