At ZEST, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle shipping and delivery for your orders placed through www.zestofashion.com.
Order Processing
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will be notified once your order has been shipped.
- Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (GMT) will be processed the next business day.
- Delays: If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. In case of any significant delays (more than 5 business days), you will be contacted via email.

We offer the following shipping options:
EU Shipping:

International Shipping:

- Delivery Time: 5-10 business days (varies by location).
- Cost: 8,95€
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your order using this number through the shipping carrier’s website.
Shipping Delays
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier delays. ZEST is not responsible for such delays but will assist in providing updated delivery timelines when needed.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply. These fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. ZEST has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
- Important: If the customer refuses to pay customs fees or taxes and the package is returned to us, the original shipping costs will not be refunded, and return shipping costs may also be deducted from the refund.
Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes: We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.
- Restricted Countries: We do not ship to certain countries due to legal and logistical reasons. You will be notified during checkout if we cannot ship to your location.
Lost or Stolen Packages
ZEST is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been provided, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe receipt of the package. We recommend selecting Express Shipping for higher value items.
In case your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number. If you need assistance, you can also reach out to us at Arzu.Erikci@zestofashion.com.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at Arzu.Erikci@zestofashion.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the carrier is unable to deliver your package due to incorrect address information or failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping or any additional charges.
